 Great! You may be eligible to participate in the CACFP and receive reimbursement funding for serving healthy meals and snacks! Reach out to your local sponsor to learn more! They will help you determine your eligibility, walk you through the application process, and help to train you on the CACFP rules. When you contact them, be sure to have the following information available: 

1.  Your location

2.  Number and ages of children

3.  Have you participated in the CACFP before? If so when and where.

You may want to ask your local sponsor, "What types of training do you provide?", "How long does it take to get started?", "Once I'm approved, how long before my first check arrives?", "Do you provide additional funding resources other than the traditional CACFP?", "What will my monthly duties be?",  "Do you provide free software for my program?"
